Suss cookies, AKA Suss Cookie Co is a Utah cookie shop with locations in both Midway and Provo, Utah. They specialize in gourmet cookies in a wide variety of flavors. They also ship nationwide which really sets them apart from the rest of the Utah cookie craze.

Suss Cookie Co is unlike any other Utah cookie shop in that they have amazing cookies you can purchase in two different locations, but they also ship their cookies nationwide. You can purchase mini or full size cookies in either half dozen or full dozen quantities. You can also join a cookie subscription where they will mail their amazing cookies to your home on a monthly basis. Who doesn't need that in their life?
Suss Cookie Co Locations:
Suss Cookie Co has two locations in the state of Utah. The original location is in Midway, UT where the company originally started as a food truck. They now also have a brick and mortar location in Midway as well. The second location is in the Riverwoods in Provo, UT.
We incidentally wound up going to both locations on our anniversary trip. We originally stopped into the Midway location but it ended up being closed. We knew we were going to drive down the canyon and explore Provo a bit before heading home, so we stopped into the location at the Riverwoods and purchased our cookies there.

Best Suss Cookie Co Flavors:
We bought four cookies and brought them home to share with the kids as a taste test. We sampled the Pink Sugar Cookie, S'Mores, CocoNut Joy, and Cowboy. They were all amazing! The cookies themselves are very thick, chewy, and delicious. All the best qualities that you want in a cookie. Honestly out of all of the ones we tried, they were all amazing and it was hard to pick one clear winner.
Kinsley liked the Pink Sugar Cookie best. Kyle was team S'More all the way. I don't know which one was Derek's favorite and he is not home at the time of this review to defend his opinion. I personally was blown away and surprised by the Cowboy. I admittedly didn't really know what it was when I ordered it, but it ended up being white chocolate with dried cranberries which happens to be one of my very favorite cookie flavors.
Overall Rating of Suss Cookie Co:
Overall Suss Cookie Co is 10/10, two thumbs up, would return and eat here again. I was even super impressed that we left them in a hot car for an hour while we ate lunch and these photos were taken after said car experience. So they not only held up, but tasted amazing too. If you're looking for a great dessert option in Midway or Provo, definitely stop into Suss Cookie Co.
